This album is in danger of being lost forever. Cosmogenesis was released in 2010, and it's not on Spotify anymore (maybe never was?). Got-djent is shut down. The world is a dark and dreary place.

Gru has this uniquely recognizable semi-soulful soloing language (say that 5 times fast) that makes his album pretty much the only solo-guitar-shredding-over-backing-track album I've ever listened to on repeat. Seems a little silly to do a bass transcription rather than doing anything with the amazing solo guitar lines, but here we are. There's cool cyclic riffs and neat mathy bits scattered throughout, enjoy the zen that was Gru.
