One weekend a long time ago I had 3 mandolins in my house simultaneously, only 1 of which belonged to me. Couldn't waste that opportunity, so an intense couple days of transcribing and practicing resulted. I still suck with a pick, but the idea is there.

Obviously I'm a huge DMM fan, I've transcribed and covered at least 1 song from pretty much every album on a variety of instruments, so here's my contribution to EGO. Love the twisty arpeggiations throughout, and of course how it comes back on the closing track "Devise" is just *chef's kiss.

You don't need to play this on mandolin btw - could translate to violin pretty easily, or really any instrument. The transcription is in concert pitch, so do with it what you will!
